Citigroup Human Resources Coordinator:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Various levels of movement. The promotion potential is positive for those who work and put forth an effort.

Cons

With any organization it's the people. The company overall was good to me.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep employees informed of changes in regulation and provide sufficent time to implement those changes to meet standard. Then again - I racked in 20 hours of OT because of the lack of communication!
