Pros

Learn a lot, can move up if you are in the right place and right time.

Cons

Very underpaid; some management doesn't know what they;re doing. Underqualified supervisors.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire more qualified managers and give pay based on performance. Yea yea yea yea yea yea yea yea yea yea yea
