Good salary and beautiful benefits In IT they easily pay for advanced training and schooling
Cons
Overall I think Citi is a good place towork, they promote diversity and are human. However my department was a little slice of hell due to nepotism and management inexperience.
Advice to Senior Management
Please, please, please hire only experienced and capable managment-not those that have power play issues!
