The company has a great training program for the incoming analysts and also other great and helpful resources needed for career advancement. Senior management are supportive of new ideas and the town hall meeting held by Vikram Pandit is really bringing the company together and moving the company towards Citi's goal.

Long Hours in most of the roles.
