“Frustrating, too many managers and very few active contributers on day to day work.”
Current Employee – been working at Citizens Financial Group
Pros – Nice People
Ability to Work Remote
Cons – HR issues plauge the hiring and retention of the employees in the group. To many rules that limit managers to hire good canadiates and retain employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to stop reorging numerous times a year. Focus on defining scope and requirments on projects. Add a lot more staff so people can focus on the task at hand
