    I had Good work life balance.

    The company is way too top heavy and change doesn't come easily. It doesn't develop from within, it cherry picks from other companies.

    Pros

    The hours are good if you work at a traditional branch. There is plenty of vacation time which is a nice benefit.

    Cons

    Leadership is out of control. No one can make a good decision.

    Fired everyone in senior management and start over!
