A Mess Onboarding was none existent. Very Disappointed with the goals in relation to location

Assistant Branch Manager (Current Employee)
Philadelphia, PA

ProsGreat as far as bonus structure and hours. Work life balance

ConsMandatory Call Nights, Tons of cold calling, horrible onboarding process,

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider sending a colleague to training first as oppoesed to the branch. You do not have access and can not help customers in the way you wish you could. Make sure that who your putting in your branches are going to be mentored

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
