Great way to gain experience in project management

ConsThe individuals chosen for promotions are cocky and arrogant
The Lean Program is a front for "reallocating human capital". Only problem, reallocating is a loose term that generally means, from CFG's perspective, restructuring a group of employees to the unemployement department.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't BS from day 1.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    A Mess Onboarding was none existent. Very Disappointed with the goals in relation to location

    Pros: Great as far as bonus structure and hours. Work life… Cons: Mandatory Call Nights, Tons of cold calling, horrible onboarding process, Advice to Senior Management: Consider sending a colleague to training first as oppoesed to the branch.
