Pros

Somewhat reachable incentive program, healthcare, PTO

Cons

Very micromanaged, sales goals can be unrealistic, cliques, no work/life balance, customer often are taken advantage of

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on the customers and less on pushing products on people who don't truly need them...you've already lost half a billion to that type of behavior on a previous class action lawsuit.

    Pros

Anyone can get a job at Citizens.

    Cons

The object is to meet and exceed goals. The bonus plan is dictated by customer service scores. If you score below 87% you lose 30% commission. The area of opportunity is that you can't deliver guidance to the colleague who is not following the process because you do not know who the colleague is that the score was affected by. So the entire staff pays for that one colleagues mistake. There would be more accountability if we new who the colleague was. Additionally if customer service is a big factor. Have that in the policy. 1st strike from the colleague holding the team down, verbal and so on. So technically commissions were cut.
    High turn over

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support your management team. Visit the branch's that are struggling not 1 hr or 2 hrs. Stay for a few days.

    Cons

    Antiquated systems, people, corporate mentality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You drive sales or customer satisfaction. Pick one. You force accounts on us to force on customers and wonder why it negatively impacts the satisfaction scores.
