In the beginning it was great but after a couple years it was like management really didn't care anymore.

I worked at Citizens Financial Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ballpark Banking was great, Phillies tickets were a plus, benefits were good, regional managers really listened.

    Cons

Its not what you know but who, branch level managers are petty and don't really give you the opportunity to practice what you've been trained on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your goals are sometimes rediculous especially for smaller branches that rarely get new customers. Also, there should be a career path set for employees. No one has the desire to be a teller forever. Please fix CAL, you call them 4 times with the same question you get 4 different answers
