Many new technology directions, opportunities for learning are abound. Company seems to visionary in some technology areas with good direction.

Cons

Very poor political environment. Benefits and HR personnel are very underqualified and unprofessional. Little or no supervision of the middle management and younger employees. Extreme amounts of personal conflicts in the office space.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide career advancement to new, performing middle managers. Change the old boy mentality of the company. Provide more guidance and scope to younger employees.
