I have been working at Citrix Systems full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great Atmosphere with Leaders that care. The company is growing at a fast rate allowing for your career to grow easily within the company.

Cons – I haven't been in the company a long time, but in the short time I've been there I would say that there are many things happening within the company, which is great. The only problem with this is there are so many activities happening that some weeks it can be difficult to do your job, and regardless of what's happening you always have to reach your numbers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
