“Frustrating at times, but good overall”
Current Employee – been working at Citrix Systems full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benefits and this company and its technology have enormous potential. Virtualization is the future for every IT organization and citrix is in a good position to capitalize on that.
Cons – Good people with years of citrix experience are often overlooked in favor of outside hires. There are cases of this all over Citrix.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop overlooking the talent that has gotten you this far.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
