Pros

Citrix was a great company to work for. Morale was high and pay was on target. Professional people and mostly A players.

Cons

Integration of product lines and business units was a hit or miss. Some things made sense but some did not.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management should talk to the field more to get feedback. Also, product integrations could be more clearly defined to partners.
