It's a good place to work for if you don't mind being asked to constantly be improving and learning.

Pros

It is a dinamic and fast pace growing working environment. The culture in the organization is pretty good, the people a supportive, can get a lot of networking and can get helped when want to get promoted.

Cons

The system can be somewhat rigid, and because it's a huge place there are so many things to know, that it can be frustrating to work for quite a bit and still not be very familiar with what's going on. For some people this can be pretty challeging. So prepare for a lifelong learning and finding new things every day.

Advice to Management

Implement more trainings for new employees.

    Pros

I have lots of free time. The schedule is flexible. The working environment is good. Employees can take any classes with reduced fee.

    Cons

The hourly salary is very low. I am not able to pay off my own bills. The parking lot is terrible. It is very hard to apply for a parking permit.

    Advice to Management

The parking lot should be reconstructed as the number of students and faculties increase. Classrooms should be remodeled in order to maintain its competence.

    Pros

Pay and benefits are sufficient. Locked to experiences and degrees Students and staff are pleasant to interact. Facilities can be modernized a bit but adequate. Campus is in good shape for urban setting. Interview is a set menu of questions. No deviation.

    Cons

Little chance to sell onself during interview. One can do so on the application form and letter of interest. Budget is somewhat limited at present. Hopefully it will get better after CA's financial problems clears up.

    Advice to Management

Audit and streamline process for puchasing. Parking can be hassle but might get better after construction is completed. Reduce noninstructional days.
