I have been working at City National Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Co-workers are friendly and welcoming. I have some of the best teammates to work with. Friendly/family environment; not hostile.

    Cons

Stingy!! Too many underpaid employees for a bank that is well profitable, established, and likely to grow even larger. No career growth opportunity. Senior management tries to keep you where you at with no career advancement. Low-paying "entry-level" positions while there is a lot of workload and they should really be more generous. No appreciation or compensation for the hard work of taking more responsibility. Other banks are paying way more for way less workload.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Boost employee's morale by compensating them. Do not be so stingy with compensation. This bank serves only high net worth clients. Be a little more generous with giving compensations and raises to your employees.
