Current Employee - Principal Clerk in Cleveland, OH

I have been working at City of Cleveland, Ohio full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

During the grant period you pretty much know that you are going to have a job.

    Cons

Wondering if your grant will be re-funded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help temporary employees that are doing good work find a way to become permananet. This is most efficient as opposed to having to constantly retrain new people because the quality of the work suffers and ultimately the residents will be underserved.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
