    Pros

The support is great when management let's you do your job.

    Cons

They are all about SLA's versus quality support. They have a female manager that doesn't support your efforts for quality support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fix your management team and get managers that understand the balance of support versus the SLA quota's. This is not beneficial to users there.
