I have been working at City of Hope full-time

    Pros

Dedicated researchers nurses and doctors. Long history of innovation in cancer care. Currently a comprehensive cancer center. Best transplant program in California. Highly productive team of translational scientists. Major leader in biotechnology development.

    Cons

Nobody in senior administration has any experience running a comprehensive cancer center. CEO is a lawyer. Major positions filled by "consultants". Employees (top to bottom) considered liabilities not assets. Too many suits and not enough talent in management. Game over for this place

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop destroying this institution and go back to your consulting firm
