    Pros

Gave me freedom to work on a project. Very supportive. Provided proper resources and personnel for me to complete the project. Learned a lot over the summer.

Very laid back environment. You can push things too hard. If that is what you want, great. If you want an exciting, fast growth career, then you might want to seek for somewhere else.
