“It was Ok”
Former Employee – worked at City of Louisville, Kentucky
Pros – They had good benefits, good work loads. Good people some of them were hard working.-some not so much
Cons – Friends of friends seem to get the best jobs. A lot that type of stuff went on. HR seem to listen to outside advise more than it should have. Very quick to cave
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees
– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
