    Pros

10 Vacation & Sick Days after 6 months, a couple Personal Days & floating Holidays, free parking. Typical hours 8:30-4:30pm, 1 hour lunch, 35 work week. Nice to have shorter work week. Most of the people are fairly friendly. Clients are interesting.

    Cons

Most of the people don't like their job & they talk about it all the time.
Great variation in middle management styles; one major is supper nice & helpful, the other is not at all.
No resources for continuing education, won't help pay for outside employee training and will not allow any flexibility in scheduling to accommodate classes. Kind of funny considering a big part of the career center is encouraging person on unemployment to go to educational seminars & enroll in educational or job/career technical training programs .
No flexibility in scheduling, STRONGLY discouraged from having doctors appointment and other personal appointment during work hours.

    Advice to Management

Flexibility, encourage continuing education, constant management.
