I worked at City of Oklahoma City

Pros

The atmosphere in the laboratory is the best I've experienced. Creativity, communication,
and mutual respect produce efficient analysis at it's highest precision and accuracy.

Cons

Some of the tests and (especially) the sample log-in process are quite boring.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Smile more often and - have some fun.

I worked at City of Oklahoma City full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Management. Great to work for, salary is competitive for engineers.

    Cons

There are only a limited number of "positions" in each department, so moving up can be a slow process. Sometimes it feels like if you aren't a close "friend" or not part of the "in crowd", then you can be passed over for a much deserved promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Place value on all employees regardless of "friendship".

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
