Former Employee – worked at City of Ottawa

Pros – -can leave work at work, so you can still have a life
-normal work hours, can be a con too, you can't really go in early to leave early

Cons – The hours are not typically flexible,
Middle Management of departments is where the organization lacks, unfortunately those are the ones that tend to do the training.

Advice to Senior Management – Most employees are awesome, but the ones training are inconsiderate. I loved most of the people I worked with, but there are always those few. Look into employee satisfaction
