The staff working for Raleigh Parks and Recreation are great people. The office environment is friendly and laid back.

Cons

You will have some long weekends and lots of hours during busy periods of the year.

    Pros

    Good job security. Pay is decent for job requirements. Management listens.

    Cons

    Not much motivation/incentive to work hard. Difficult to advance because people stay employed there for so long.

    Reward hard workers.
