Pros

Good smart people, wanting to provide good service. Reasonable benefits, although once pay is set, can be hard to get increases.

Cons

Difficult to implement change. Can be disillusioning to see how the sausage gets made at times.

Advice to Management

Empower employees to make change, add input and incentive work (not necessarily with $$).

    Pros

I had great coworkers who care about the kids we were working with.

    Cons

Management was often incompetent and not interested in career development for younger staff.

    Advice to Management

Learn to use modern technology. Listen to the advice of others. Create a path to grow within the organization. Very stagnant
