Great place for progressive public service

Strategic Advisor (Current Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsGreat professional employee support along with a group of "new" emerging public servants. This is a great place to make a difference in your community. The city is becoming more forward-looking and efficient.

ConsThere is less support for less-skilled workers. There is the perception that the local government employees are entitiled and less productive than private sector workers so be preopared to deal with that.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
