Pros

Benefits are OK for a small company. Salaries are average.

Cons

The company is in the business of sending blast email. It isn’t surprising that most of its customers are car dealers, which aren’t known by their high ethical standards.
The CEO is a cynical individual. He has deformed the word “communication”. In his degraded version, it means “report everything to me”.
On the other hand, the term empowerment doesn’t even exist in the company vocabulary: employees are micromanaged to suffocation.
There are lots of so-called leaders, but no real leadership. The decision making process is convoluted and most of the time, ineffective.
Language is often profane.
The real culture is the lack of respect.

    Pros

Some good people work there. OK place for phone sales people.

    Cons

Depending on which department you work at, the environment could be fun and friendly or a nest of snakes. Management doesn't care and, at times, encourages this behavior.
Offices are a joke, overcrowded, employees have their small cubs on hallways and rooms are stuffed with 4 or 5 persons where only 2 or 3 would be acceptable.
Management continuously changes directions and the CEO wants to know it all and have the last word on just about everything.
Apparently meetings are not considered work so, when possible, they are accommodated during lunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train and promote employees that have worked hard and gave countless hours to the company, not only the friends and the obsequents.

I worked at CityTwist part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Ongoing training is superb as well as the amount of income you can make. The product is 2nd to none and everyone of my clients practically have had stellar results.

    Cons

Cold calling. If cold calling or walking in on local businesses isn't really your thing you may not like the job. However...If that isn't a set back for you most potential prospects are very receptive and want to have a go at the service

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe update the office a bit aesthetically speaking but other than you guys are solid in my book.
