Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open upper level/corporate positions should be sent to employees via memopack in order to promote store managers who are interested in higher level positions with the company. More payroll hours should be allocated to every store so that 2 employees are working at all times in order to alleviate stress of Managers concerning loss prevention, ear piercing and lost sales opportunites.

    Pros

    Nice customers and employees. Great work environment. Awesome discount.

    Cons

    Terrible pay. Promised opportunities but don't deliver. On call shift scheduled but never work them. No breaks.

    Management is overworked. Become snappy to customers and employees. No employees only managers to do everything.

    the customers are fun, great discount

    No one seems to check on how well the managers are working in their stores. A lot of work gets passed down to the associates and they also take the fall for things that go wrong

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ask every level of store employees their honest opinion of how things are working and dont accept fine for an answer. If you find that assistant managers and sales associates are getting fired at an alarming rate while the managers dont seem to have an answer as to why the problem may actually be with the manager. There are some great managers in the company dont get me wrong but you can't have only one point of contact for a store
