Pros – Company Sponsor H1B Visa and green cards for employees, Compensations are fairly decent .
Cons – Not that great Management, People leave the company very often as they get new projects
Advice to Senior Management – Should oversee how consultants are doing at client side.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
