Pros

-The benefits are amazing. They have benefits for everything from monthly cell phone service, gym memberships, CTA and Metra passes, and a whole slew of different benefits.
-They have some of the nicest and most creative people employed there.
-Easily accessible by CTA and Metra. Four block walk from Union Station.
-The company continually rises and surpasses income predictions year after year.

Cons

-The starting salary compensation could be a little more competitive.
-The different "verticals" (i.e. Cars, Apartments, Corporate) could communicate and work together better.

I have been working at Classified Ventures full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great environment. Advertising/media culture, lots of people having a lot of fun. Technical stack pretty solid, lots of in-house know-how.

    Cons

Slightly lower salaries, an apparent ceiling for those who don't get their way into a DIrector/VP position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Motivate and retain your mid-level employees. You have a lot of good ones.
