Pros

The best reasons to work at Clean Water Action are: professional training on communication skills, team building environment, being part of a successful program.

Cons

Some of the Cons for working at Clean Water Action are: low pay, most positions require intensive training before permanent hire.

Advice to Management

Program staff had to make a greater effort to disperse concrete information to the fundraising staff about details on how the program is doing. In order for fundraisers to stay on staff, the program managers must treat them as integral parts of the success of the organization. That means, Keeping fundraisers "in the loop".

    Pros

Work to solve current pressing environmental issues with a close-knit upbeat office.

    Cons

The company is run by execs and supervisors who plot the whole workplace to their own advantage, although they may try to deny it. By giving themselves all the big spending high probability contributors, they guarrantee a high individual payoff at the end of the day and can easily make quota, while the entry to mid level workers are left to rummage through the unpleasant customers and be lucky to make quota once every two weeks. High turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Structure the company differently so everyone has a fair chance at being successful not just the execs who strategically give themselves all of the high caliber customers.

    extremely flexible work time

potentially decent for future work experience

    Cons

well, you're going door to door for an environmental group. Some people will be receptive, giving and nice. However, you'll have doors slammed in your face, cursed, insulted personally, you name it.
