After several 'Reductions in Force', downsizing is probably over, hopefully the paranoia will end.

ProsLarger company with above average medical, dental, vision benefits (as of 2010). Camaraderie when under the gun, Most software is proprietary to Clear Channel which can be a double-edged sword.

ConsMany upper management changes seem to occur every two years, restructuring from Regional VP on down. Corporate initiatives are driven from San Antonio with little help in executing at the local level. Lots of workers have 9-5 mentality.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease go beyond the 'managing by walking around' approach, and actually respond to issues in a timely manner. Reign in a few of the senior Account Executives whose attitudes have no place in the workforce anymore.
