If you really hate someone, have them apply here!

(Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsLots of events with meet and greets, but if you dont like hip hop or country then that "pro" is worthless.

ConsIncredibly over worked and underpaid. Account Executives will make good money if they bust their butts the first year, but once the year is done they will see CC do whatever they can to take money out of the AE's pockets.

Some AE's have been there for decades and are so incredibly bitter and crusty that it makes day to day working VERY unpleasant.

Very cliquey environment. If you arent in the clique then you are treated as an outsider.

No matter the position, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE A VALUED ASSET TO THE COMPANY AND ARE EASILY REPLACEABLE.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot worth posting any advice. They simply dont care.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great resume builder, then go find an actual career!

Sales Assistant (Current Employee) Omaha, NE

I have been working at Clear Channel

Pros: You'll learn a lot about radio and marketing. Look at it like an awesome internship. Lots of autonomy so you can learn the skills you want… Cons: Layoffs. Random, without notice. Way behind the curve for technology (on a local level. Corporate seems up to speed.) You won't have the resources you need… Advice to Senior Management: Pay the "little people" people what they're worth, and perhaps the turnover won't be so high!… More
