Pros

I was able to use my creativity as well as my sense of humor to benefit my clients.

Cons

Two many levels of management and no way to monitize the internet products.

Advice to Management

Relax; make it fun again. I think you'll find better performance from your reps if you loosen up a bit!

    Pros

This company knows how to make money. The managers are very focused on the goals of their employees and they help them get where they want to be. There is also a lot of opportunity to move up or into another division or market.

    Cons

It is very corporate. A lot of paperwork, a lot of rules. Some might say it is a strict work environment.

  2. The team I worked with were as knowledgeable as any I have ever encountered.

    Pros

This is a fast-paced company that provides a lot of experience with many different technology platforms. It is a great place to add "tools" to your personal "toolkit".

    Cons

Information technology decisions are made by accountants and upper management that have little or no idea the impact their decisions will have.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to your IT team leads. Many times what sounds financially sound on paper up front brings hidden costs down the road that are cost prohibitive.
