    Pros

Clear Channel is a fun work environment, with no commission cap. It is possible to make very good money.

    Cons

Senior Leadership is completely out of touch with what's going on in local markets. Bonus incentives were taken away for sales reps, and too much micro managing.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the surveys and take action.

  2. Great people, mediocre company.

    Pros

The people who work for Clear Channel and Total Traffic are very nice and are always there for each other like a big family. You'll get experience doing a lot of different things as people often fill-in for each other.

    Cons

You will never get a raise and they rarely promote from within so the job is basically dead end. Upper management is all about saving money so one person usually does the job of two or three for a low salary. Competition is fierce so there are a lot of people who are willing to do the work for the pay offered.

    Advice to Management

Give great employees an incentive to stay by giving cost of living increases with positive performance reviews.
