Pros

The people who work for Clear Channel and Total Traffic are very nice and are always there for each other like a big family. You'll get experience doing a lot of different things as people often fill-in for each other.

Cons

You will never get a raise and they rarely promote from within so the job is basically dead end. Upper management is all about saving money so one person usually does the job of two or three for a low salary. Competition is fierce so there are a lot of people who are willing to do the work for the pay offered.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give great employees an incentive to stay by giving cost of living increases with positive performance reviews.

    Pros

    I enjoyed working in Airports but there are too many unperforming locations that cannot be sold. The environment is fun, you can get a fortunate run and make some good commissions

    Cons

    You have to wait for the commission pay and the salary is obscene. Many people burn out from cold calling, very few call ins. Tough environment with all the competing choices for advertising. Slow to engate new technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have more professional learning opportunities. Update your CRM software. Ask your front lines sales people for ideas regarding how to engage more with potential clients, sales is the last group to be asked for their ideas. Increase base pay to a living wage,
