    Pros

    Great tools and resources. Technically advanced

    Cons

    Horrible upper management. Fear based environment and all levels of management are primarily concerned about protecting themselves because they are afraid. Most people working there are covering two or more positions with little or no additional pay. They continually lay people off telling them they are eliminating their position, wait a month or two rename the position and then hire someone else for less. They lack of concern for their employees creates an environment where their is no loyalty because of this employees are always looking for others jobs so there is no loyalty. It seems the philosophy of management is that you are all cogs in the wheel and easily replaced...they treat customers the same.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    look at this website and see their low approval rating and become a company that values it's people and clients. You have lost so much incredible talent over the years- look at yourselves first and see what needs to change. Seriously talk to your people instead of your stock holders.

    Decent work / family balance.

    Cons

    Everything else about this company. They can't retain their employees bc they care nothing about them. Commission structure is purposefully confusing and commissions themselves are poor. Management has favorites that they feed leads and accounts to and the rest of the sales floor is left waiting for fair distribution of leads. Extremely unprofessional work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Corporate HR needs to be aware of how unprofessional and inappropriate people behave in the workplace. commission structure needs a major overhaul so it can, at the very least, be understood. Favoritism needs to be wiped out and hard work and dedication should be rewarded.
