“Wonderful people in a nightmare environment”
Former Employee – worked at ClearOne
Pros – Nice employees
Nice physical environment
Profitable company
Cons – Horrible executive management rely solely on fear and intimidation
Incredibly high turnover in mid-level executives
Constantly tense environment
unreasonable expectations of working hours
Advice to Senior Management – Take a hard look at why the turnover in sales and marketing is so rapid
People respect leadership and respond well to a positive workplace, they are not slaves to be cowed and intimidated
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
