Fun and Easy!!

Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee)
Salt Lake City, UT

ProsThey train well and its easy money...you're selling things that people need so they can't really say no to you. Not to mention great incentives.

ConsA lot of micro-managing and you feel like someone is always looking over your shoulder. Its part of the job tho...sometimes you get a great supervisor who knows how to manage people.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust to cut down on hovering over peoples shoulders all the time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
