Pros

Free healthcare. Recognition, until it's not relevant. (Which could be a week later) Coaches seem to care, until they are switched every 6 mo to a year.

Cons

Clearlink claims they are about the people but...... don't let them fool you. They are about the money. They are constantly changing the hourly and commission structure. If you don't care about a consistent paycheck and JOB SECURITY, then this is the place for you.

Advice to Management

Be open and straight with employees. No need to sell you employees so hard if it's all that great. Right???

    Pros

The company likes to have fun. They pay isn't bad.

    Cons

The company is very unprofessional, from top down, and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down for HR reasons.
The company never feels very stable and is ALWAYS implementing change.
Your job never feels too secure.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what you're doing and make this more of a career oriented place like you always claim.

    Pros

The best part about working at clearlink is the people. There are so many smart people that I get to work with and learn from. It has helped my growth as i learn about every facet a marketing/call center business. I get the chance to work with crazy smart people in roles ranging from design, to SEO, to Management, to Sales and call center staffing. If you're willing to learn something new there are no shortage of options at clearlink.

    Cons

I think the biggest con about clearlink is keeping up with the growth. because the company has grown so fast there are a few areas that they are still building out to accomodate a weird "puberty" phase of the business. This provides a good avenue for people to build a name for themselves

    Advice to Management

As clearlink grows it will take more effort to maintain strong lines of communication throughout the company.
