Being on the technical bleeding edge.
Being able to overcome immense challenges with minimal resources.
Being able to go where I think the business needs to be.
People working in the company are extremely bright and create innovative solutions.

Cons

Lack of clear direction. Executive to individual communication is minimal. Some senior executives don't let their employees drive the business.

Advice to Senior Management

communicate more. Tell the rank and file where they are going and why. Say no to executives that are not driving toward the overall vision. Have an overall vision.
