Many Managers seem Out of Control, verbal abuse, discrimination and tolerance of it. Hiring of Employees seems to really only happen if you one of their old friends; receiving hire on packages or long term stay in hotels with travel reimbursements and premium
If not in their circle of friends, plan on just being a contractor with no work related expense reimbursements (i.e.: fuel, mileage, tolls, parking, communication devices)
I've witnessed isolation, slander, harassment of vendors and contractors.
Communication across the many various related parties is discouraged with an air of paranoia and secrecy.
How this company ever going build a usable product with the lack of communication and planning

Advice to Senior Management

Be aware more aware of those remote managers especially ones that are overly eager for your approval or friendship, truth be known they are more like snakes in the grass.
Turnover of your employees or Independent Contractors/ vendor's employees / sub contractors is usually a good clue when they coincide with MLA delays
