Clearwire General Manager:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Pay is equal to industry standards. Technology has breakthrough potential.

Cons

No work/life balance. Senior leadership at the time had a churn and burn mentality. I hope it has changed.

Advice to Senior Management

Understand and appreciate that business results will never be achieved unless you attain associate satisfaction.
