The company is very diverse and flexible when it comes to time off.
Cons
The products are slow and outdated they have needless managers who do very little. They never resolve customer issues and leave every thing to the bottom line reps. The commission is just terrible for the wireless industry. Most recently they issued a 2$ paycut per hour and restructured comission for the 5th time in 12 months to pay the sales reps less all while selling us on the idea that this was going to work out great for us.
Advice to Senior Management
Sales people generate profits for your company. STOP cutting their pay. Unhappy sales people generate less customers. I know that you are tring to improve the companys fitness for the merger by cutting costs but don't punish us for your gain.
