Clemson University – “Tutoring Job”

Pros

One advantage of working is that the scheduling was pretty laid back.
Also, I didn't have to worry about being micromanaged.

Cons

One of the main downfalls to the job was that pay could have been a little better.
Also, the shifts were somewhat inconvenient as a student.

Advice to Senior Management

I don't have much advice, as my job was thinly managed. If anything, I'd say continue to be "laissez-faire" as much as possible.
