Pros

The benefits are great, they promote wellness and for the most part keep employees informed about changes within the institution.

Cons

Very little flexibility for emergency situations or between work and home life situations. Too many 'cooks in the ktichen' regarding management levels/work leaders/supervisors, etc...

Advice to Management

More flexibility without the worry or threat of being penalized all the time.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Reasonably secure work, health care is still growing, location is centric to local communities, brand name adds prestige to any resume'.

    Cons

Very insular, politics play a more important role than merit. Connections are more strongly measured than skillset, and communication is virtually non-existent from management to supervisory staff.

    Advice to Management

Don't teach your people to lie, then fire them for doing it.
