I worked at Cleveland Clinic full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Fellow employees worked very hard. Exceptional group of medical technologists.

Cons – Supervision is weak. The lab coordinators are very good, it is the Supervisors above the immediate lab coordinators. They are more concerned with themselves than the actual success of the team and the quality of patient care.

Advice to Senior Management – Meet with your employees to listen so there is not a continuos turn over of staff. Need to keep the good medical technologists simply by listening to their concerns.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
