    I worked at Client Services

    Pros

    - Awesome coworkers. They made the place bearable.
    - Really, my coworkers are the only reason I could survive at that place.

    Cons

    - Inept management. I really think they have no idea how to lead.
    - Terrible pay
    - Required 45-hour minimum work week for salaried employees. They expect more like 50.
    - Extreme secrecy. Employees never know what is going on. Probably because if we did, it would become painfully obvious the ineptitude of company leadership.
    - Treatment of employees. They watch over every second. You can't go to the bathroom without permission. Salaried employees still have to clock in and out, and if you're one minute late, you hear about it.
    - Leadership does not listen to employee feedback. They know better than you do. Just trust them. I was actually told that once.
    - I could go on, but you get the idea.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employee feedback. We do the gruntwork, we know what we're talking about. And don't treat us like children. If you give us motivation to do a good job, we will. When you take away all motivation and try to force us to do good work, you'll get a bunch of employees who do just enough not to get fired.
