Pros – ClientTrack's feature and price value is fair in relation to other niche-players in the market.
Compensation was slightly above market value for my position and experience in the enterprise software industry.
The company provides a complimentary lunch to employees on a daily basis, with the condition you work through lunch.
Terrific quality of employees who want to succeed.
Cons – Ownership of the company is very unique - personality traits can be characterized as eccentric, old-school, chaotic, unprincipled and ineffective.
Organizational culture can be described as widespread mistrust, adverse to risk and patronizing to ownership.
Office suite is located between a trucking company, dental office and massage parlor.
Sales management lacks integrity, is manipulative, misguided and self serving.
Advice to Senior Management – Ownership should arrange an employee-buyout or sell to another third-party entity who can help reinvent the organization utilizing the same great people and technology.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
