Pros

Job growth, career opportunities, great training within the firm, flexible work arrangements, technology, ease of ability to work from home if needed, work-life balance

Cons

not so great benefits, lack of consistency between office policies, lack of consistency between offices when it comes to employee recognition

Advice to Management

Create a process to ensure all employees across the entire firm are treated equally and fairly (when it comes to recognition, pay, policies, events, etc)

    Pros

    PA experience
    some nice people
work/life balance (10-12 hours during busy season, sometimes 14, really not busy during off season)

    Cons

disconnected group of employees (staff, managers, etc...) I work in Tax, there were days I came in to work and said no words to others. Not enough interpersonal connection.
Not a lot of employee activities, outing events

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to your employees. Let them know they are valued and appreciated. Dont play the favor game
